The services include - Viewing Account and Card Information, Biometric Login, Fund Transfer, Utility Bill Payment (DPDC,BTCL) by both Accounts and Cards, Mobile Phone top-up by Accounts or Cards, fund transfer to bKash account, EBL ZIP and Benefit Partner Information, Positive Pay Instruction, Meet & Greet and Other Service Requests, Locate EBL Branches & ATMs, Making Appointments and many more. You can use your EBL Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card or EBL Account information to register for the service- anywhere, anytime. You do not need to visit the branch to enroll for the service.
EBL SKYBANKING ensures the highest level of security for registration by verifying the mobile number and PIN of your card or verifying your account details such as customer ID through the app. With the enabling of Biometric login EBL SKYBANKING is more secured than ever, using the fingerprint of your device for app access. A unique ID & Password is created for this app. 2 Factor Authentication System or 2FA is initiated by customers via email or SMS, allowing secured fund transfers.
EBL has also introduced first time AR (Augmented Reality) feature for the first time ever on a banking app in the country.
